1. The software provided on dEViATED Networks - deviatedhacking.com - commonly called Trainers are 100% percent legal and do not violate any applicable laws. They temporarily modify the end-user's game memory with user-permission without modifying the actual game-files. 
2. dEViATED does NOT support and allow Multiplayer/Online hacking discussion/software and strongly discourage it. It is considered illegal and will never be supported by dEViATED Networks.
3. Warez/Cracks/Keygens and any type of software piracy is disliked strongly and any information to them is removed with the user warned on sight. On repeated offenses, the user may be banned.
4. These includes but not limited to, modifying urls, gaining information about site server than already is provided, abusing the services provided by dEViATED and any behavior that we deem suspicious and dangerous. You may be banned without providing any reason and we reserve the right to gain as much information about you as we can in case we find your behaviour to be suspicious. You will have no say in this matter. If you do not agree to this, please leave the site immediately since using our services, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions. 

8. Fraud, Services Usage and Code modification:

You agree that in case of any fraudulent behaviour committed by you, including but not limited to, order modifications, intention to damage services, tampering with the functionality of the site (http://deviatedtrainers.com and other sites in its network) and/or using the site not as intended, we reserve the full right to take any action as we deem responsible and penalize you to redeem the damages incured. These include but not limited to, denying some or all services offered by dEViATED, closing your account, reporting you to your ISPs or respective authority and taking any action to redeem the damages you incur.
